“I have made your name known to the men you gave me out of the world. They were yours, and you gave them to me (kagō | καγώ | crasis), and they have kept your word. |
Last of all, as to one abnormally born, he appeared even to me (kagō | καγώ | crasis). |
I (kagō | καγώ | crasis), John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who was showing them to me. |
I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) myself did not know him; but I came baptizing with water for this reason, that he might be revealed to Israel.” |
Behold, the hour is coming, indeed it has come, when you will be scattered, each to his own place, and you will leave me (kagō | καγώ | crasis) alone. And yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. |
Be imitators of me, as I also (kagō | καγώ | crasis) am of Christ. |
As for the one who conquers, to him I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, as I also (kagō | καγώ | crasis) conquered and sat with my Father on his throne. |
Just as my Father conferred on me kingly authority, so also (kagō | καγώ | crasis) do I confer it on you, |
As the Father has loved me, I have also (kagō | καγώ | crasis) loved you; abide in my love. |
even (kagō | καγώ | crasis) as I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) try to please everyone in everything I do, not seeking my own advantage but that of the many, so that they may be saved. |
Because you have kept my word about patient endurance, I also (kagō | καγώ | crasis) will keep you from the hour of testing that is coming upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth. |
He answered, saying to them, “I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) will also (kagō | καγώ | crasis) ask you a question, and you must give me the answer: |
I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who abides in me and (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I in him bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. |
But in my opinion she will be happier if she remains as she is. And I believe that I too (kagō | καγώ | crasis) have the Spirit of God. |
But you do have this: you hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also (kagō | καγώ | crasis) hate. |
Why then did you not put my money in the bank? Then (kagō | καγώ | crasis) when I returned I could have collected it with interest.’ |
Abide in me and I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) will abide in you. Just as the branch is not able to bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in me. |
Now to the unmarried and to the widows I say that it is good for them to remain single, as I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) am. |
But someone will say, “You have faith and I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) have works.” Show me your faith without works, and I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) will show you my faith by my works. |
“So (kagō | καγώ | crasis) to you I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) say, ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened for you. |
The one who has my commandments and keeps them is the one who loves me. And the one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I will love him and reveal myself to him.” |
And so (kagō | καγώ | crasis), brothers, I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) could not speak to you as spiritual people, but rather as people of the flesh, as infants in Christ. |
It will not be like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, because they did not continue in my covenant and I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) abandoned them, says the Lord. |
And when they saw him, they were astounded, and his mother said to him, “Child, why did you treat us like this? Look, your father and I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) have been terribly worried trying to find you.” |
On that day you will know that I am in my Father, and that you are in me, and (kagō | καγώ | crasis) that I am in you. |
So I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling. |
So (kagō | καγώ | crasis) because I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) could bear it no longer, I sent to find out about your faith; for fear that somehow the tempter had tempted you and our labor had been in vain. |
it seemed good to me (kagō | καγώ | crasis) also, having carefully investigated everything for a long time, to write down the events in an orderly sequence for you, most excellent Theophilus, |
And (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Paraclete, to be with you forever, |
When I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) came to you, brothers, I did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom as I told you about the secret purpose of God. |
Therefore I am all the more eager to send him, so that when you see him again you may rejoice and I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) may no longer be anxious. |
and asked, “What are you willing to give me if I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) betray him to you?” And they agreed to pay him thirty silver coins. |
And (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.” |
“Lord, they have killed your prophets, they have torn down your altars, and (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I alone am left, and they are seeking my life.” |
I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon, so that I too (kagō | καγώ | crasis) may be encouraged by news about you. |
Jesus answered them, saying, “I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) also (kagō | καγώ | crasis) will ask you one question, and if you give me an answer, then I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) will tell you by what authority I do these things. |
but if I am doing them, even if you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may come to know and be certain that the Father is in me and (kagō | καγώ | crasis) that I am in the Father.” |
But if by my lie God’s truthfulness abounds to his glory, why am I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) still being condemned as a sinner? |
For this reason, having heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and the love you extend to all the saints, |
And should not you also have had mercy on your fellow servant, even (kagō | καγώ | crasis) as I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) had mercy on you?’ |
and (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I give them eternal life. They will never perish, and no one will ever snatch them out of my hand. |
And (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I said, ‘Lord, they themselves know that I used to go from one synagogue to another imprisoning and flogging those who believed in you. |
But may I never boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) to the world. |
And (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I say to you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overpower it. |
My sheep listen to my voice, and (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I know them. They follow me, |
came to me, and standing there said to me, ‘Brother Saul, recover your sight.’ And (kagō | καγώ | crasis) at that very hour I recovered my sight and saw him. |
Become as I am, because I (kagō | καγώ | crasis) have become as you are; I plead with you, brothers. You have done me no wrong. |
Come to me, all you who are weary and carrying heavy burdens, and I (kagō | κἀγώ | crasis) will refresh you. |
just as the Father knows me and (kagō | καγώ | crasis) I know the Father; and I lay down my life for my sheep. |
And he said to them, “You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a man who is a Jew to associate with or to visit anyone of another race, but (kagō | καγώ | crasis) God showed me that I should call no person common or unclean. |
